Forging Workshop: Until 2013, three production line are running every day to support customers both in domestic market and international market. Production Line No.1: 1600mm Ring Roller Production Line No.2: 2500mm Ring Roller Production Line No.3: 5000mm Ring Roller
7000 Ton Hydraulic Press and 3000 Ton Hydraulic Press, supporting us to offer the products with big weight.
Machining Workshop: With right CNC machines to support three production line, our machines let us to offer precision machining service up to 5000mm.
Heat Treating Workshop: Normalizing (N), Quenching and Tempering (Q+T), N+Q+T are available with right ways, to meet the requirement of different materials of hot rolled ring prodcuts. With right way of heat treatment to seamless rolled forged ring, we offered products with good performance on technical properties, like hardness, no cracks, good impcat and etc. Contact us if you need more details on Open-Die Forgings.
