Material: 42CrMo4V Heat Treatment Way: Normalizing + Quenched + Tempered Dimension and Tolerance: according to standards: like ISO2768, ISO111, ASME Y14.5 M and etc. Ultrasonic Inspection: 100% per ASTM A388 (US market), or EN10228(European Market). Hardness: according to customer's requirement to do heat treatment. Average Grain Size: according to ASME or EN standard. Test Specimens: offer test report from test specimens, size according to customer's requirement. Other Test: test and offer test reports on Impact Value Condition, Tension Value Condition and etc. Packing: wooden box with anti-rust and anti-water packing.
